AMS Eclipse software links the shop floor to the office. Eclipse automatically manages orders downloaded from your office computer, processes production data uploaded from the shop floor, and monitors your machine in real-time, eliminating operator programming and avoiding costly errors. Eclipse shows where every inch of material goes -- each specific coil is shown with a list of all orders that were processed using it,Eclipse also tracks waste,and scrap reasons are included in the report for each coil.
Eclipse gathers company-wide production information from all your lines and assembles it into detailed reports -- information-based tools that help you make better-informed decisions about everything related to production including scheduling, worker management, process improvement and capital spending. Eclipse can also interface with ERP and production designation software to further enhance productivity.

- 工件打印机：系统在每一个工件上精确的自动打印标识号码及工件长度，材料厚度，甚至立体号码等信息，效果清晰，这样无论在车间还是工地，都给工作带来方便。
- 批次打印机：系统自动在每一批次的最后一个工件的指定位置暂停，在自粘标签纸上打印各种需要的信息，如该批次的工件的总数量，客户的地址与线路。或工件放置场地要求等信息。防雨标签也可使用。
- 条形码读码器：记录卷料的库存，读取卷料的代码信息，读取废料的代码信息等。信息快速而又准确的进入ECLIPSE软件，因此可以知道卷料何时使用，何时用完或何时放回库存等信息。
- 标签打印机：高速打印文本信息或条形码，接受系统打印命令，产品批次变换时打印机不中断自动改变打印信息。并且精确的在工件的具体位置打印标签，保证连贯性。

Bundle ticket printer
The XL200Bundle Ticket Printer automatically tracks the pieces being produced ,stops at the end of a bundle ,and prints a self-adhesive tad showing all required information for a job ,such as bundle contents ,routing directions , customer’s address , or job site placement instructions .Weather resistant labels are also available for bundles that remain outdoors .
Bar Code Scanner
You can record coil inventory ,delay ,and scrap code information effortlessly and automatically ,without the chance of key-punch errors . Information is quickly and accurately loaded into your Eclipse system so you know when a coil is on the line ,used up ,or returned to stock .
Label Printer/Applicator
Our label printer/Applicator is a high-speed text and bar code printer . Receiving its printing commands directly foam the XL200 series controller , it can vary the information printed from one batch to the next without interrupting production and print each label at an exact location on the part ,ensuring consistent results.
